Our Programs

LDC offers a structured five-day-a-week program designed to provide a balance of in-person and at-home learning. Our collaborative approach ensures that students receive well-rounded support for both neurodevelopmental and independent life skills.

In-Person Learning (3 Days per Week)

Students attend hands-on sessions at our Castle Rock center, focusing on neurodevelopmental training, life skills, and vocational preparation. Activities include cognitive skill-building, sensory integration, cooking, baking, budgeting, independent life skills, and social skills. In our small community our young adults build friendship and discover dynamic components of the world.

At-Home Online Learning (2 Days per Week)

Through our partnership with NCLA provides Arrowsmith Learning, students engage in targeted cognitive online programs from home. This research-backed program helps build critical thinking, problem-solving, and learning capabilities, complementing our in-person curriculum.

A Collaborative Effort

The combination of in-person and online learning allows for a comprehensive approach, reinforcing skills across different environments. Our staff works closely with NCLA Arrowsmith to track student progress and ensure consistency in learning, making this a truly integrated program. Our goal at LDC is to provide a place for friendships to be made and community to be built.
